Important Notice Regarding Hygiene Products

At Jimmy Bodur Male, customer safety and hygiene are our top priority. In line with UK consumer law, certain products are exempt from the right to cancel or return once supplied.

No Returns on Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to:

“Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.”

Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on the following categories once delivered:

Non-Returnable Items

• Male Sexual Health & Intimate Care Products
  

This includes (but is not limited to) creams, cleansers, serums, oils, aftercare products, supplements, lubricants, and intimate wellness items.

All such products are sold as final sale.

Sealed Products

• All hygiene-sensitive items are sealed for your protection.
  
• If a product’s seal is broken or tampered with, it becomes non-returnable, even if unused.
  

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you receive an item that is:
